This one...really hard to say what it is.
I don't think it is a balloon because the light coming from it seems to be more constant rather than reflected sunlight. it is too low to be venus or a satellite.
Definately not a commercial plane.
Need some help our experts here on this one.

There are several minutes of footage and you should watch all before making a judgement.

Its a laaat in da skaaa. Really, 8:23 minutes and at 8:15 they finally decided to film this laat in the skaa with some kind of reference. No info as to the time of day and direction in which it was shot.

Well, you wont catch me saying its Venus just before sundown
because there isnt enough information to draw that conclusion.

Well it appears to be in front of the clouds, most of the time...it's moving around erratically...hard to tell if the brightness is changing or a artifact of the zooming in/out...pretty bright though, whatever it is appears to be basically round...could be venus, but, the apparent movement, under the clouds ain't right...

I'm fairly certain venus does not hover beneath the clouds on earth but what do I know?

My two cents.....(it's worth a fortune)

No that' not Venus. (Venus glows white-ish blue, not green)
No it's not 'under' the clouds. (It's so bright it shines through them)
No it's not a UFO. (dangit!)

It's really good video of Comet Lunin. A green comet with a trajectory that's pretty much bang on towards earth. (It will not hit us though) That's why it looks stationary. I don't know much about the comet's makeup but I know it was discovered by a 19 year old assistant observer. I went out and watched it for a bit too.

I seem to notice that the object "flashes" without the camra zooming in or out (by watching the clouds). This might be the reult of reflecting sunlight, but it's hard to tell.

Also, with the clouds as a reference, it appears to fly in a rather "jerky" manner. This kind of, seemingly, irratic flight pattern is a returning feature in many UFO-footages.
The way it flies does not really match what a fighter jet, or even less, an airliner would perform normally...
No shape of wings either.

Nice find.

It's a weather balloon. There, I said it! Are you happy now. Just like the one in this video.

Or this one.

I too, am most certain that Venus does not "hover" (why did you pick that word?) beneath the clouds on Earth, in fact I will lay some hefty $$$ that it doesnt. What is your point?

So, you have already concluded by observing this video of a laat in da skaa, that it is without a doubt "hovering" in our atmosphere - how you get to this conclusion is a mystery to me. Is it because you percieve that the clouds seen are too thick to be pierced by this light that makes you think it is below them? That in your mind it is impossible that the light could be piercing through the thin clouds? Hmmm... hovering. OK.

I would completely agree if it did not appear to be self illuminated.
Not to say that it is not impossible.. but they do appear very different when you take in the light aspect.

not ruling it out though

Lunin isn't bright enough to show up during the day, if I recall it was even pretty hard to spot at night unless you knew where to look.

As to what it is, maybe an iridium flare? although they don't usually stay that bright for that long.

Still do not understand as to why people edit with music. It stand to reason that if you decide to take your camera with you from know on and you happen to see similar phenomena, im very certain that you would be voicing afew key points so your video cannot be dismissed as a weather balloon or cgi or street lamp and this goes as far as time itself.

Food for thought

Stopped wasting bandwidth the moment I heard the cheesy 1970s porno soundtrack.

What was coming may have been interesting but credibility speeds towards zero with the soundtrack.

My attitude is that this is not a comet. If you can see it in daylight, THROUGH cloud, and its not the sun, then I cant really say that I am convinced that this object is being video'd whilst the object is extra atmospheric.
I personaly think that what ever this is ,in this video its within our atmosphere. Now as to what it is , I cant really be sure. Its far out, and therefore zoomed up the wahooey...
What I can say , is that from the lack of becon lights I would surmise that this is not a plane or helicopter.

Look I have no idea why they chose to put music to it. Music really has nothing to do with what we are discussing here.
Its the object that is in question. Who gives a crap if there is any audio at all?
Since I only FOUND this, I can't tell you why they chose to put it to music. maybe they had no audio for it or maybe they did not want to share their voice with the world. I have no clue. The topic is what that object is that they filmed.

If you let music stop you from evaluating it then you were probably not seriously interested in evaluation to begin with.

I really didnt want to watch this mind blowing super exciting video of (insert favorite belief system here) again, but I did. For perspectives sake, at 2:07 the clouds passing by nearly block it from view and well as at 2:44.

The 3:04 to 3:26 section is has been completely blocked from view by the clouds passing through. So much so, that the camera operator seems to have a bit of difficulty determining where it is going to reveal itself again when it does.

Clouds blocking the light means its behind the clouds, not under them. I still dont know what it is (After viewing Stellarium I have a pretty good idea), but it absolutlely is not under the clouds.

Like I said, without any further info provided, this thing could be sitting anywhere from 5K ft. in the air to 23.7 million to 162 million miles ( the min/max distance of Venus from Earth) or further from the camera. I wont go as far as "hovering" because in the context of this forum it infers intelligent control of its position.

How do you know its a weather balloon? Did you call up the local met office where the video was taken and confirmed this?
Just because you post 2 videos of a balloon doesn't make it so...

I really didnt want to drag this back to the forefront but I thought it worth mentioning that the videographer partially answered my questions about the time and direction in which this video was taken.

She (I think -IsabelLo1111) said that the video was taken around 6 PM. She failed to say what direction the shot was taken but I would be willing to bet it was generally west. According to Stellarium, using Miami as a location and 6:10 PM on the date given, this "Object" is in perfect position on the date/time it was taken and angle of height above the horizon, this is Venus.

IF, that is, the video was shot to the west...and having the information available that is the only caveat I'll give on this.

Does Venus move across the sky at that speed?
someone must have installed planetary turbo drive.

What do you think? Of course not, but the shaky hands of the videographer and a tighter zoom on the object, the clouds moving in front of it gives the false sense of motion. The clouds are moving, not Venus.

Once she zoomed back out so we could see some relative landmarks it appears rock steady albeit for a very short period of time.
