Not possible. The U.S. Constitution does not bestow that sort of authority upon any branch of the federal government. An attempt to do this by those currently in government would be high treason.

Well, if this is real, of course, the feds have no such authority to grant such a thing any more than they have the authority to claim bankruptcy which I believe they have many times. However, with Illuminati favorites like Arnold in California, they would have confederates to lead the way in an effort to cultivate a buy in to the idea for people and other state governments. Time will tell. Just another illusion.

Well,I don't know about the author's credibility,or if this is the reason that so many states are trying to declare sovereignty.....but one thing that I do know for a fact is that nobody pays any attention to the CONSTITUTION who would be limited by the CONSTITUTION.

The CONSTITUTION is a set of limits that the GOVERNMENT has to work within,it is not for you and me,it is to protect our rights from being infringed upon by them and their bogus,self serving legislation....

This could easily be true. PD51 gives the executive branch (the president). control of almost all resources in the US.

The Chinese, are being unrealistic, if they are taking guarantees of this sort.

The constitution has been relegated to a talking piece. You only need to look at all the legislation passed and being considered to understand that.

All the presidential directives, HR 45, Patriot Act, Military Commissions Act, and many more...

One thing to ponder is, that the Chinese have been adamant about not being at risk with any further "investment" into US Treasuries, so HOW did the US convince them that it was safe to Loan the US the money?

What collateral or guarantees were given?

What kind of collateral does the US have?
Military Stockpiles
Gold
Stock
US Treasuries
Resources (oil, gas, coal, etc.)
People Resources
Land


We won't trade our military, Gold I doubt we have any in Ft Knox and even if we did it would not be enough to cover all the old debt, much less the new debt.

Stock, and US treasuries are the same, perceived value on paper.

Resources, we import most of our oil, Natural Gas we are a major producer, but dangerous to ship, coal and other resources or minerals are not enough to pay off huge debts.

People resources, maybe later when they own us outright.

WHich leaves LAND. THe richest resource that the US has.

You know, it kinda reminds me like a big game of RISK.

Although the DF-5 would be a threat, the SLBM force of JL-2's and the land based DF-31's are the main threat. DF-31's would reach the western coast only. Launch prep 10-15 minutes.

In other words, A major Chinese offensive would most likely involve a nuclear first strike, as their overwhelming ground forces would be unable to attack the mainland USA without crippling the air defense and ground defense networks of the mainland USA.

Also - their arsenal could be a little more than the 400 quoted, but it is still far below the level needed to obliterate the USA. Besides, why would you irradiate the land you need as collateral for your debt?? The Chinese could NEVER "take over" the USA. We could deal a devastating blow to their country. Keep in mind the population density. Much higher casualty rate than the USA for each weapon detonated. They have much more to loose pulling a stunt like that.

As an aside - I have no problem with the chinese people. They are some of the most hard working, kindest people you could meet. It turns my stomach reading about the hardships they face every day.

Regardless of Arms of either side. The United States landmass is far

larger then China and our population is spread out, never is a war with

nuclear weapons ever ok but if it came down to both sides China has

easier targets and much easier to find condensed population. Although

China may own us, we're like their brat child that does whatever it wants

and when push comes to shove, the little immature kid won't hesitate to

push the button. There's no winner in a nuclear winter but I'm sure we'd

live long enough to see China sink into the ocean. Hopefully we can

rejoice in the fact that since there has never been a global nuclear/bio war

there never will be, hopefully they aren't that stupid.
