Do you think Beck is a pro? A hired mouthpiece.

Can you name any any unemployed mouthpieces please?

I'm sure there are many...oh wait...probably some here. Unfortunately, unemployed means not working which means no message..nothing at all.

Now what if I or anyone else on this site for that matter were explaining their views on a television show...would they or I be considered a hired mouthpiece?

What if I advertised to make some extra I suddenly on the take as well?

It's funny how this becomes about glenn beck and his credibility instead of the blatant lie on earmarks Obama made.

Some of you completely ignored this and just went on fox news bashing mode.

Seems Glenn had the desired effect.

Every time I thought I read all the posts ... there was a new page... I'm a slow reader when you are all typing so fast.

Two nut jobs are ignored nothing productive to say and too hateful.

I am missing your point. So Fox hired someone who actually knows something?

Obama wins on younger demographics, the right wingers are starting to do the same thing, such as twittering. Glen is to cater to the younger audience.

I got some questions.

Did you vote for Obama?
Do you support this lie?
Why should we discredit Beck?
Do you ACTUALLY think conservative = republican?
Do you like lies over the truth?

I don't give a damn, to me it has always been the lesser evil. Just don't think any of them as a hero, that's my point. Beck, Ron, Obama, McCain, how I see them has always the same, just get the job done.

reply to post by David9176

Is that a yes or a no?
If you mean yes, yes beck is just another mouthpiece, then what makes him so special, so heroic?
Criticizing obama is fine, but to think beck is some sort of a hero because he's doing so that's another thing.

This is my last post in this thread, hope you're all satisfied with my answers.

Can anyone seriously be surprised? I mean has there ever been a politician that hasn't lied? Why are people shocked by this?

Go back through history, Reagan and all the complaints about his hypocrisy. Clinton and his hypocrisy and lies, Bush 1 & Bush 2 ....the list is as old as politics itself.

Maybe, just maybe its a job criteria? Maybe you couldn't even be a politician or get very far without being a crook and a lair?

The WHOLE process is filled with cancer. Greed, lies, hypocrisy and every form of evil manipulative nature imaginable.

I got over being shocked about what politicians say and do many many years ago.

As was said 2000 years ago ......"A den of thieves" ....

How come Beck is actually being useful now, compared to when Bush was in office and he was basically worthless? I don't get that.

I'm so sick of these stupid republicans in the congress who bash democrats for big government and big spending. They totally forget that their name and stances on those issues are in shambles. Under Bush, both those things occured and hardly a republican stood up to say that this is wrong. And they still don't seem to acknowledge it.

They figure that about 95% of the country is full of morons and they can just forget about what happened under Bush and still go about their normal business of using antiquated stereotypes of democrats without taking a second to backtrack over their mistakes. The GOP has been unapologetic and instead of being honest about their mistakes, which would score them points with Americans, they want to score points by bashing democrats. They need to admit their mistakes, and reinvent the party, not just say pretty things and bash democrats which has been, and is, par for the course. Fix your mistakes, then you can bash the democrats once we can SEE that change has been made.

I can already see that Jindal and that other black republican are possibly working on their 2012 presidential campaign and tactics they're using are really distasteful.

All I can say is America voted for these idiots and everyone needs to quit crying about it. Bend over and take it like the voter you are. I'm glad my vote wasn't for any of these liberals.

We need a Constitutional convention to straighten this out. We need a plan to organize and rebel against such socialism. This government is telling everyone what to do when it should be the other way around. I've heard " Revolution coming out of the mouths of alot of people lately and I believe that's what it's going to take to stop this nonsense. Government can't solve the problems when they are the problem.

Glenn beck is a neocon mouth piece, the entire fox news broadcast is a neocon mouthpiece and always has been. How convenient for them to rebrand themselves as something other than GOP and start again into the same cycle where 10years from now that very brand will be tainted and you folks will once again be distancing yourselves from.

Different cover, same animal david.

Murdoch is actually a fan of Obama, he referred to him as a "rockstar." Any and all opposition that is on FOX is just a ploy to keep the false left/right paradigm going.

Beck, however, I think has started to tell the truth. He's earned a little bit of my respect, having economists and Ron Paul on his show. And the fact that he attacks both parties means he might be sloughing off that old idea of the two party system.

Edit: Or at the very least, he has some integrity and will call BS when he sees it.

I have to agree with Meatpie. This is the crux of what is wrong with this nation.

Say what you will about Glen Beck, but he is calling them out. When will we as a nation stand with him and say "NO MORE"?

Chuck Schummer doesn't speak for me, and I dare say he doesn't speak for the majority of the nation. He is part of the problem.

Star and Flag to the OP. Let's make this clip viral and get it out to as many people as possible.

Ok well are you Americans just going to sit on an internet forum and complain about it or are you guys going to actually do something about it.
We see everyday how the people are getting screwed.I see threads of wanting a revolution.
Either crap or get off the toilet!!!
Good luck.

Don't you all not get it?

THEY (in particular FOX and the Beck's and you name them) want you now to go on the STREETS to rage against THE SYSTEM.

All precursor to implement MARTIAL LAW for the time needed to bring in the NEW SOLUTION.

It is so hillarious and sad at the same time...

He's also downing republicans, he isn't being biased toward a localized party. I think everything he said is valid to a point maybe you should take everything with a grain of salt, just cause someone says "we need to protest" doesn't make me get out of the house. The government messing up bad would easily do that and probably will.

As things heat up be carefull with inflamatory tv hosts. Remember that this engineered crisis is meant to have a tipping point and to degrade into physical violence, martial law, general chaos. As is the ordo ab chaos mantra.

So while he is right, it is not time to get mad. The movie "Network" is not the solution. The current path is. Turn your back on the corruption and let a new system grow over the old one. It will take time and there will be hardship, but the outcome will be more permanent that feeding into the same dynamics that got us here in the first place.

Civil disobedience is better than civil unrest, as they take the energy for civil unrest and spin it to fit their agendas. With disobedience they, TPTB, are left high and dry and have nowhere to go, and will tend to consume themselves.

He's right about the problems, but the dynamic from here on in should change if things are to get better. So stay centered folks.

So tell me where's the open and honest government, promised to us? WTF is the transparency people? It's the same old garbage, just a new delivery boy. We need to send a clear and distinct message to our so called politicians. They should all be indited under the RICCO act, for racketering.

I almost fell for the Obama Charisma. Not a Rep or Dem but didn't like McCain/Palin either. So I didn't vote this year.

IMO it doesn't matter who is "telling the truth" as long as it is getting out there. On none of his clips that I've watched has Beck said to "go out in the streets and riot/protest/cause trouble. He's simply stated what alot of folks on here have stated ...

I can honestly say that I'm really just now waking up (the past 6 months or so) and if I had been seeing this type of thing on the MSM I probably would have awoken sooner. That being said, I don't get to watch much MSM anyway since I'm on the road 6 weeks at a time and TV is not a priority.

Anyway, I thought this topic was about the lies that have been told. Yes, maybe people shouldn't be suprised but hey, not everyone was born with their "eyes wide open" so to speak.

Brilliant brilliant brilliant! Need I say more? Beck is one of the few that I still feel has a true grasp of what the republican party was supposed to stand for. Because we all know full well that it doesn't stand for those standards anymore.

Although I don't always agree with him and the way he usually attacks others I must say that I believe him wholeheartedly when he says that he is concerned for the future of this country and that he loves it. He is doing what he feels is best and I just hope that people start to actually listen.

I also wish that he didn't move over to Fox.

David 9176 Great post!

Glenn Beck is right on the money.

He alone gets it - it isn't about party politics anymore. Both parties are corrupted to the max, and now with Obama on a maniacal race towards Socialism - it is about saving our country, and trying to return to the basic principles set out by our founding fathers!

Keep on naming names Glenn Beck!!!
