Second Amendment rights passed the Senate for D.C.

I watched this while it was voted on. Schumer, Lieberman, Finestein(spelling) opposed this Amendment, with Lieberman's closing remark "hoop-la".

It was passed Repealing the gun laws and unregistered laws.

could be a start?.
