So I came across this video which I tried to look here or might be posted in a different section, but all this talk about Martial Law, 4 States under unbeliebable training measures and so on got me thinking, If votes are taken like this (video) how do our representaves even know what the are voting for, how do we the people know what they are voting for? and on top of that they dont even need to declare Martial law when laws are passed like this...

here is the video.

EDIT: changed it to a link since the video didn't seem to work here.

This is from the Onion. It's not real. Hilarious though.
You have to look where it says SPAN and to the left of it is the Onion logo.

Wow, someone got suckered into an Onion video?

Man, those things are usually seeping with sarcasm, you usually get it within the first few seconds.

Great find tho, still hillarious

This video was a joke... notice the "onion"-span insignia in the lower righthand corner. Also look up the "HR 8791" that he was proposing, which doesn't exist.

No, when Congress wants to pass anything dubious, they just write up a 1,000 page bill, give congress a couple hours to read it, and then make them vote... which works just as well when they want to pass a Bill of Rights-stomping law. I wish it were as obvious in real life as in the video!

It's not the first time this video has been posted here. Probably won't be the last. Most people who posted this in the past usually are the ones who fall for it.
