I have been wondering for almost a year now what the nsa was going to pull out of its hat when it came to this case many people remember the stories behind this case back in 2004 I did a number of briefs on it.

The sandy berger case not withstanding this case and its ties to it I wonder how many ats members possibly including myself that might just be arrested after this virginia ruling.

Just my 2 cents for now I did a search on ats on this story nothing came up this story is worth reading thats all.
