I found this and I'm not sure what television show this is off of but you can tell it is from a show. It is very odd how a topic such as this would end up on TV. Nonetheless it has a very good message and sums things up nicely.

It's a good video clip. I'm wondering where it comes from. It's kind of an entry level presentation of what numerous people in these forums and elsewhere have been ranting about for quite a while now.

Somebody has to bring the criminal overclass to heel, somehow, and return America to the rule of law. Americans have gone from the world's best hope to the world's biggest putzes.

Yeah I'm not sure but the guy looks familiar. It seems like it could be some sort of primetime drama show clip. But the meaning of it is kinda crazy.

I think it's James Spader and the show may be Boston Legal or something like that? Good speach for a network show.

Bingo!! Give the young lady a prize. Boston Legal it is. James Spader would be the right answer to the question. Somebody borrowed a clip and embossed said clip. I believe the Great Canadian actor William Shatner is in it also. I'm biased.
