I find this absolutely disgusting, they haven't released because they know that the war was illegal and was merely an order by the US government.
What is the point of having FOI if the government can censor it anyway.
Releasing the papers would do "serious damage" to Cabinet government, he said, and outweighed public interest needs.
"There is a balance to be struck between openness and maintaining aspects of our structure of democratic government,"
These guys need taking down a peg or two.
