Is Nanomedicine currently commercially available?

So they say nanomedicine will be the medicine of the future.

I believe that the cure to most if not all diseases are out there right now but supressed, ignored, ridiculed, covered up. I am not a big believer in waiting ten years for "them" to graciously give us the cure for our conditions. They have been playing that trick on us for years.

I have some lingering conditions that I need curing NOW. I am doing fairly well on my own but I need a bit of help to completely boot them out of my body.

Despite my mistrust of modern medical "research"- Nanomedicine fascinates me. So I wonder; Are there any nanotech clinics or protocols currently open for business? I'm especially interested in liver and kidney detox.
