That'd mean folks were back to work and debt was being paid off and (hopefully) savings accumulating and spending is saving little businesses.

Hmm... I could think of so many. I can't decide.

Or maybe

"Secrets Revealed! U.S. Government discloses all information on UFO's of both terrestrial and extra-terrestrial origin."

But my favorite would be
