Im trying to upload my avatar in the media portal, the uploading was fine but when I go to edit my profile and try to click the "update information" button nothing happens...any ideas as to why?

are you pasting the complete url in the space?
that was my boo boo till i figured it out with a little help.

Hello John,
Maybe google 'avatars'; or if you have an image already, on your drive, you can upload it. Click MemCenter tab at top, go to ATS Handbook, for pixel & file size restrictions on avatars first, so you know ahead of time which ones will fit...go from there.
