Blackmarketeer, your images of how large stone blocks could have been moved is very interesting. Here's a video showing another theory of how large stone blocks could be moved. Video here.

Thanks for the video (Wally Wallington has been demonstrating moving large concrete blocks using simple levers for a while now). He shows the "Petrie roller" laid out like a track to allow blocks to roll over them, which obviously works as he demonstrates, but in their Egyptian context I don't think this was feasible, as the blocks used in building the pyramids were very inconsistent in size. The "rollers" were likely strapped onto 4 sides of the blocks so they can simply be rolled, irregularities in sizes could be accommodated by additional shoring to make the rollers fit. A Japanese team demonstrated rolling a block up an incline using 4 Petrie rollers.

And because while the advanced (possibly alien) culture could figure out how to get large ships off the ground and into orbit -- with either chemical rockets or anti-gravity -- they couldn't quite get a handle on how to make concrete.

So the Alien ships were landing on top of a wall ?
You know, I think everyone has something to bring to a conversation, but I think as you have only studied this site from a Sitchin Novel, the thing you should bring in future is silence

Well, they were very small spaceships.

the stones you see are the edge of the landing pad. it's where Gilgamesh was going on his journey to go up where the gods were. it makes perfect sense and is actually more rational than saying they used sticks and ropes to make those stones and put them in place. you guys love to dance around the more important problems with yer theories.

Why, because Sitchin said so? Newsflash: Sitchin made it all up as he went. Try doing some real research and reading some legitimate sources. You might learn something.

Sitchin lied to you, and you don't understand what "rational "means if you think otherwise

The site is completely understood, the construction methods are known and it was built by the Romans. Gilgamesh didn't visit the Gods, he went on a quest for immortality, so its pretty obvious you haven't even read the Epic. Laughable, you should have taken my advice

what do the legitimate sources say that make you believe them? what makes them legitimate to you?

He fabricated his texts and fabricated many of his pictures, (which is why they are line drawings and not photos), he never linked to an original source.

He presents another way, sure, its got a name, its called fiction. The fact that you don't understand the concept of making money from peoples gullibility means that everything you type about it is worthless.
Know how many history qualifications Sitchin had = none
Know how many linguistic qualifications Sitchin had = none
know how many linguists and historians agreed with him = none

He was a qualified Economist and a journalist, two fields of expertise that allowed him to examine a market and then write crap which people would buy about it
Wake up and smell the coffee. Sitchin is dead, so are his claims.

how many engineering degrees do you guys have? so they put a rock under those gigantic stones and moved them into place with rollers? you guys are never able to move this subject into the debunked file. why does it not go away? and none of you can provide the method of how they got that first little pebble under the stones to spin them around lol. a thousand tons you guys are nuts or at least simply ignorant of how heavy that is. THEY CAN'T DO IT TODAY even if they used sticks and ropes and copper saws.

Because people like you, who don't do any research, only hear about sites like this from books full of fiction written by journalists out to take your money
To anyone else, who's gone about the right way of finding out about these sites, there is no mystery
But feel free to carry on deluding yourself that your ignorance of the facts has some meaning

Not using journalists (Sitchin/Childress/Hancock etc) as research, they're not credible, all they want is your money and they are happy to lie for it.

How often have you seen someone claim, that something an Egyptologist says is not true, because a pseudo historian has said so. When Egyptology is based on the findings of hundreds of years of scientific research and the research of a pseudo historian is usually based on a few books written by other pseudo historians

Hancock claims that the pyramids date to 10,500bce, but the radiocarbon dating proved him wrong
Sitchin claims that the pyramids were built as a prison for an alien god, when they predate the god he was talking about by a thousand years
Childress claims that the pyramids were energy machines built by Atlanteans and capable of creating wormholes to other dimensions

These claims are nonsense, but if all you've ever read is pseudo historians, then you are incapable of seeing that, I know this first hand, having once been a fringer myself, if all you know is nonsense, then there is no room for the facts, just take a look at any fundamentalist and that becomes clear
