I had a hernia surgery (inguinal or groin) and I am recovering decently but I ahev a few questions for anyone who has gone through this.
Is it typical to have a good 3-4 days of heavy pain when standing and walking? It's as if the pain makes it hard to talk when I am up. When I am
reclined I am pretty much ok.
So let me make this easy and just put the questions in a list form
1. How long did the intense pain when sitting/walking last for you?
2. Did you noticed back pain as well as the pain from the cutting?
3. When did you return to normal activity?
