Hey there,

Well about a year back i leaned about a meditation that changed my life. This meditation, if done correctly, basically teaches one to radiate love genuinely, and purely.

Since using this meditation, it has helped with my spiritual development. One of the greatest things that has happened to me.

I have been to British Columbia, Canada.

It is the most beautiful place i have ever been, the cleanest air, nice people.

Just an overall experience, i would do over and over, and over again.

LOL, yea.

I live in Canada, so its not biggie.

Though i live way far away from BC, so that is pretty far.

If your thinking of biking or hiking in BS, come during the summer.

It is a bit cool so pack a coat lol

I was real lucky and actually did the one thing I always dreamed about.Last year I rented a red Mustang and drove right across the usa from Boston to Seattle,It was AMAZING!!It took me ages to save the dough but I swear I'll take the memories to my grave. What was a real achievement was I had real low esteem after my husband left me and it gave me all my confidence back.I love the usa.

Take a walk, watch the sun go down and the moon come up, spend time with the one I love, relate to someone I have nothing in common with, drink good wine, rock in my rocking chair on the porch, listen to children laughing and playing in the dusk in August, do something I've never done before, write bad poetry or maybe good poetry if I'm lucky, smile, wake up late, smell her hair, eat some fine lasagna, listen for crickets and frogs, know that it doesn't get any better...

Perhaps most importantly, breathe and be happy.

1)Visit Canada and eat cheesecake..

2)Was working on a run down Ben Nevis on bike but may have to postpone after slight mishap and yet another hospital visit.. Doh!

3)Maybe that Amsterdam adventure with the naughty ladies instead.
