Are these sects functioning branches in the gov't?

Do you think that these branches in the underground gov't are real functional sects? Maybe you have heard of these and know if they are real.

PSI-TECH Corporation= Involved in military/Intelliegence applications of research into psychotronics, parapsychology, remote viewing, and contacting extra-terrestrail consciousness.

Science Applications International Corp.= (SAIC)- "black projects" contractor, reportedly including psychic warfare.

Stanford research Institute, Inc.= An intelligence contractor involved in psychotronic, para-psychological and PSY-WAR research.
I would really like to know if anyone has heard of these sects as being real.

When you say "sects", do you just mean "companies"? I mean they are all just buisnesses that focus their talents in different areas. Related to each other they very well may be, but, hmmmmm....let's see:
