Evoluntary conspiracy for nose picking

Ok, this is not quite a conspiracy, but I thought I would post to lighten the mode a little and see what people thought!!

Have you noticed that it doesn't matter where you are from, what your age is, the size of your index finger is exactly (and I mean exactly) the right size to fit up your nostril. Also your little finger is the right size to fit in your ear.

This is more than coincidence and I am now convinced that this is some evolutionary conspiracy.

Not quite sure how this works to our evolutionary advantage, any thoughts!
