Minority Report, think of the legal implications of this. Oh wait, there won't be any as Bush is going to re-write the constitution as he sees fit.

What medical side affects do these have. Cell phones supposedly give brain tumors. What does a tiny transmitter in your tissue do to surrounding tissue?
