Annunaki and the planet Nibiru

While there is still much debate on whether or not the planet of Nibiru actually exists, what i would like to know is whether or not its habitated by the Annunaki. And if they do indeed inhabit the planet and the 2012 Mayan Prophecy is true, will they come to our planet to guide us, or to enslave us?
