No, Islam does not believe in Moses. The founder of Islam was Abraham and his eldest son, Ishmael. Moses is a decendant of Abraham's younger son, Issac, who should not have been the heir. At the insistance of Sara, Ismael and hid mother were sent into the wilderness to starve but God sent his holy angels to sustain them.
