I think he should cause more emotional distress by appealing all the way to the Supreme Court.

Of course, he has the right to detain trespassers until the sheriff or border patrol arrives. The alternative is a sign saying, "No Trespassing. Trespassers will be shot!"

OMG!!! This guy LOST?! Im...stunned..totally. Ive been following this since it happened. Yet even more incentive for illegals to continue their invasion.

and YES the illegals DO have some rights...wether you agree with it or not they have human rights. They just dont have US constitutional rights. Or so I thought.

As sad as I am to say it this guy just needs to move his ranching operations to say Montana, Wisconson etc...

He was in his rights to do what he did even though he did it in a crude manner.
