Threads been done Im afraid.
It is a solpugid and is related to the cricket.
This particular picture is of one latching on to another.

These are camel spiders, also known as false scorpions. They are common in desert areas, but I have never seen any that large. The photo shows two of them stuck together, mating or fighting. They are non-poisonous, but can bite really hard. They are voracious predators of inscects and spiders, i bet that one's this large probably also catch mice and lizards.
