Could a UFO Have Caused an Ongoing Electro-Magnetic Effect on a House?

An interesting report came in a few days ago concerning strange electro-magnetic anomalies occurring in and about a house, which a UFO had been seen hovering over a couple of years earlier, according to a neighbor.

Additionally, the new owner bought it from a fellow who died of cancer; however, it's not clear if he died in the house or not. So far nothing he's done has solved any of the problems.

The UFO Connection in this comes from a neighbor, who, not knowing about the problems my friend is having, disclosed that years ago she witnessed a UFO hovering directly above my friend's front yard. As it hovered, it appeared to be a solid saucer, but the metallic exterior seemed to shimmer or roll. After a minute of sitting there the home took off at almost light speed.
