Probably UFO over Los Andes, Chile

I took this picture in september 18 of the last year, and now, looking the photo again, I realized about something weird in the middle of the image.

It looks like a bird with a wide tail, flying away from the camera.
Perhaps a white tailed kite:

I'm with Phage on that, just a bird. You can see the wingspan, etc. Try blowing it up better so you can make it out.

I was thinking in that, "this is a bird, or maybe a insect..."

The reason why I ask you about this, its because in that area, almost 2.000 meters over sea level, only lived big black birds, like condors and vulturs... and this bird is white...
