I think the guy had to much beer and too much sun. He even took it off and studied it and still tried to put on the "shirt"

On a scale of 1-100 there was a .01% of apathy for him. Cos he's obviously slightly disorientated.But then, when you're struggling to do something like that, it can spin you out a bit.
