when the economy starts growing, recovery comes again in 2010 and then onward, we may have another serious supply crunch if capital investment is not coming

Well this is good news and bad news ! Good news- that the economy will eventually start to recover . The bad news : we will have to face the Petrol issue again. Will petrol go back to 150 $ / barell in 2010? maybe this is a good time to invest in converting your city car to run on batteries..
