Riding Out The Storm

What a wonderful illuminating posting! In California, near the coast, we had a big earthquake years ago. We had so many aftershocks and could not use water for drinking or washing due to possible contamination. I remember going to the store to buy a gallon of water and seeing they had increased the cost to $10! On the tv later they said this type of gauging would be punished by law.
