Hey kiddos,

Well after one more 900 mile drive I have finally made it to Vegas.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/919506f038e2.jpg[/atsimg]

Don't let anyone tell you that the Southwest is a dry desert. I had to drive through three hours of torrential rain between West New Mexico and Eastern Arizona. Then I was greeted with a one hour blizzard West of Flagstaff.
I've never seen so much precipitation around these parts.

Time to relax a bit and to catch up on a couple of ATS threads.

And thanks to everyone for offering your best wishes and kind thoughts.

Vegas, baby! I am sending you some crap-table mojo. Even if you do not play, place one bet in the field at the opening roll (6 and/or 8 unless in case one of them is the point) and you will win some money.

If you hang around the table any longer, I can't promise anything after that

You'll be proud, orange. In honor of the trip, I went and bought a new pair of sneakers today.

I went into the store, saw the first pair I liked and tried them on. They fit. Then I bought them and left.

Is that all there is to this 'shoe shopping' you keep talking about?

They had the cutest pair of little pink bunny slippers that I thought would be just perfect for you, Sdog, but I figured you were already set in that department.
