They first came among us during the equinox. An asrological phenomena not known to humanity slowly revealed itself. As the planets and stars grew ever brighter, unrestrained religious hysteria inevitably collapsed into mass war.

The stars and the planets became visible during daylight. At night the shining great depths of the spiral milky way pushed insanity accross an already frenzied people.

As the equinox came to pass a translucence was shared by our planet, our galaxy and many others.

The alignment held for the briefest moments of totality. As the sky and time itself became distorted, they came among us.

They had arrived.

How about a little more detail. Who are "they"? And, how did this vision come about? Please fill in some of the blanks.

Dig the imagery. Sounds like you are recalling some profound poetic memory.
It is my hope that 'they' aren't too much like those nasty characters from Battlefield Earth; evil aliens piss me off
