On the subject of Space Serpents.
These pictures were just reported on MUFON, supposedly the person who took them has 41 pictures in total.
They are by no means great quality, however they do resemble the spac serpents which are occuring more and more. It is true however that these serpents also look distinctly like mylar ballons.

...at first it looked like a round light, but then it started to change forms.

Edit: My interest in these things has been sparked again due to the removal of the Nasa secret space videos from *tube and *oogle video, this series showed some decent footage.
