Try that man for treason. He says that in the coming years some very bad things are going to happen in America with a big smile on his face. Why is he telling this stuff to the Saudis anyway?

People in the U.S. are dreaming and don't want to hear what he and other prominent figures have to say about where our nation is really headed, so I say good for him that he's taking his knowledge where it is appreciated.

The #1 buyer of items out of China is the US.

The #1 buyer of oil out of Saudi Arabia is the US.

If the US collapses, and it impacts world trade with all 150+ countries
then the decline in energy use will decline like it is now down
from $157 a barrel to $35 a barrel a few days ago.

If energy demand drys up, their massive oil profits dry up.

I will grant that china is gearing up to have a lot of cars,
but if the US collapses it will slow the economy in China.

China has already closed over 4,000 toy factories in the
last cpl of years due to the slow down.

That is "just" toy factories.

China, a place where they have killed protestors in the past,
ppl are protesting over the massive lay offs.

This guy is having some pipe dream. Even if that happened, do you think the USA and the other world leaders would allow another country to do that? All we would have to do, along with our other G-8 buddies is say that it is no longer lawful to trade or accept gold for goods or services.

Simple,..easy fix. Then of course, since the dollar is ruined already, (people just don't know it yet) they will institute another form of legal trade means...the virtual world wide G-8 credit system based not on a currency, but on a credit system of units, where each credit unit will be exchanged for dollars, and all other world wide currency, thereby wiping out our huge debt and rescuing the world yet once again.

Of course people who hoarded gold wont like it one bit, and I'm quite sure it will cause not a little unrest, but hey who cares, it works for most.

So Pete, keep puffing on the bong and listening to puff the magic dragon, it will help to soothe your angst over your losses.

I tend to agree with this statement from a different angle.

If you show up with a shiny rock and want MANY pounds of my
food for a shiny rock I am gonna laugh in your face.

I think most ppl will be trading things that will keep them alive,
and the pretty rock mentality will go on vacation for awhile.

As you might guess my currency of exchange will be ammo,
food, seeds, and knowledge that will hard to access once the
grid goes down for various reasons.

Good Luck to you all !
