Seems to me she is just in favor of leaders who try to do the right thing for their country, rather than those who serve to protect their own special interest.

Maybe you should do some research on the School of The Americas. They train their own brand of terrorists there, and it is a symbol of American interventionism that has scarred Latin America for a very long time.

Hugo Chavez is not anti-American, though I don't like the guy very much(I'm not much for socialists and power-grabbers) he is anti-American interventionism, and his oil rich nation has been on the receiving end of under-handed CIA intervention in the past. Any nation who has dealt with the CIA in such a negative way in the past tends to hate American government in the present.

Ask yourself why this is.

What I do not understand is how during the bush administrations they claimed to have nothing but hate for the leaders such as Chavez, yet bought land and set their heels in Down south as if it was all a lie.
