You can get to them all here. Since the site states the below information, all the episodes are available legally and this site just provides links to all of them for convienience.

"Since all four versions of Chapter 20 are now available, this will likely be the final update to this site. All links to all versions of all twenty chapters are now online and available. Presumably, these links won't work forever (I don't imagine that all eighty individual files will remain online indefinately), so you'll want to download them at your earliest convenience.

The 320x240 versions of the chapters are those found at www.starwars.com... and www.cartoonnetwork.com...

The 480x320 versions are those found at www.starwars.com...

Note that the audio commentary is different in each version."
