someone educated me please. why does every new president appoint a new cia director? the fbi.nsa etc are left alone what is the logic behind this.

is this the reason the cia is so ineffective today?

i am confused as to the leon appointment as well a guy who has no intel experience and who is 70 years old. common.

wouldnt common sense tell you to appoint someone who does have experience and to leave them there alone to do the job and build up a failing intelligence agency.

i can see why the majority of america has no faith in the intel community

I wonder the same thing honestly!

And to appoint someone with no intel experience is a disastor just like the rest of his cabinet is.........

I personally think CIA Director should be a permanent position held inside the CIA a career agent till he/she dies or retires!

Sec. of Veterans Affairs: Should be a former Military person

Sec. of Defense: Former Military (General, Admiral etc)

Sec of Home Secuirty (Military or someone of heavy police background like Chief of Police of Major City like New York etc)

That my idea personally
