Shocker.

I agree with Putin and yet i'm disgusted at my own government.

What the hell is wrong with that statement?

When did I start living in Bizarro World?

You know things are going to hell when you see things like this.

Hey, I feel the same way, man. But like I said earlier, remember, he is the enemy. He has made this clear. He was raised as an enemy of the US and he has made step after step to make sure the US remembers that. This is no different.

Although he now has the luxury of gloating, because he is right.

Good evening David. How you doing?
Yes, we are now in Wonderland. Up is down and down is up. Russia has become a capitalist country, and we are now heading to full-fledged socialism. The US now means United Socialists, although I don't think we're united anymore. Each day, I think we come closer and closer to the peasants and the pitchforks storming the Bastille.

Good...well better. Was just a bit angry earlier...heh.

I don't know what is going to happen. It gets crazier by the day. I'm wondering how stocks will react Monday. I'm guessing, but I don't foresee a jump. The rest of the world is worried about our inflation. That is going to play a major role especially after the stimulus fiasco.

To Jay:

Yeah, I agree. It's the fact that i'm agreeing with Vladimir Putin is what is really ticking me off. He has the best intentions for his own country, certainly not ours.

And I wouldn't EXPECT him to have our concerns at heart. Not considering the US / Russia relations over the last half century.
What we need to do is focus on a way to get out of this...

I wonder if they aren't trying to OUT SPEND the rest of the world and let the cards fall that way.
This is their MO afterall.

The rest of the world is worried about our inflation.

They should be worried, and we should be more worried.
Although the government stopped reporting M3 several years ago, private individuals have been constructing and reporting it. As most people know, M3 is the best indicator of inflation, and the trend is horrific. We are headed for inflation like this country has never seen.
