Feb09 US gov't financial collapse? (Discussed Mar08 Congress secret session?)

Back in September '08 there were a number of references to the agenda of the March 13, 2008 Congress Secret Session. According to posts and blogs dated back to March '08, there was to be a financial collapse in September '08. This was pointed out as a topic in the March 13, 2008 Congress Secret session. September came, and there was a massive financial collapse.

These posts and blogs also pointed out to a coming US government financial collapse in February 2009. Well, it's February. No signs of financial collapse. Right?
