We need communism!

SERIOUSLY!!!

Job exportation...gone.
Job creation...massive.
Stock Market...no CEO would DARE screw the public when other countries can point to them as the great Satan...

Of course I would prefer the communism to be in another country like Russia...
Think about it, a prolonged cold war can fix so many of our problems.

Would suck to be in the country that went communist though.

How bout it folks, we need a cold war with a worthy adversary, economy fixed.

Hmmm...not a bad idea...what we need is Putin to reinstate the Soviet Union like in that Simpsons episode at the UN the american asks: "Soviet Russia, I thought you broke up?" That's what we wanted you to think! hahahaha Yup war is usually good for the $$$ just not for human beings.

We do seem to progress faster when someone is pointing nuclear bombs at us.

Sometimes I miss the good old days of the cold war. Most of the wars were fought by proxy and terrorists were just hunted down and shot by both sides.

Ah well, I guess we have to give peace a chance, even if it is killing us.

I'm a hypothetical communist. It's hypothetical for a reason. Humans in power are much too greedy for communism to work. Unfortunately, people would either complain about the amount of work that they do and not getting enough money because the money goes to the poor lazy people, or people will be poor and lazy because they can slack and still be compensated.

Communism is the best idea ever.
Idea.
Not plan.
Because unfortunately people kind of fail.

Communism will never work because you cannot overcome human nature IMHO (Greed etc)

I wish we had the world of 'Star Trek' where there is no more money and profits to be made, because you just press the button on your replicator, and out comes anything you want, from a heaping crisp sirloin, to a basketball, to a cool different clothing ensamble, etc. As the machine arranges the atoms and molecules into what you need. Communism will not work because there needs to be an enforcing body that prevents human greed to create classes.

Yet human greed will turn the enforcing bodies into elite classes themselves and therefore ruin the communist structure.

Iv been there ! (Communism). It is as bad as wild capitalism , do not go there!

Ummm on a serious note if it was the latter, the problem is what Europeans would term an elected socialist government, Americans seem to consider is communism (which it isn't)

American politics is so far right wing that any policies which contain social policies is branded Marxist... Chill out America. Living in a country where taxes pay your medical bills and pharmaceuticals is nicer than you can imagine.

If anyone cant get Communism to actually work I'm all for it; otherwise f no.

There are just too many greedy people in the world; even if you could eventually set up true communism which would be utopia some moron is going to come along and mess it up for everyone.

You may however be able to get true Communism in a small village or town but beyond that it wont work, unless there was a sudden need for all humans to join together and if may work in that case as a last result.


If we cant get true Communism we need to leave it where it is now; cause we dang sure dont want true democracy that will never ever ever work.

I was thinking i'd sit around through the start of the Communications age and argue the philosophies of the Industrial era as if any of them are viable for the nature of a Global information society.

Like others have said,communism is a good political structure if man wasn't so corrupt,if we ever get past the whole greed,corruption thing i'd be all for it.

Why is Capitalism bad?

You know, it's funny really those people who hate capitalism. They all claim they have the moral high ground by denouncing it as evil because of those "pesky greedy pigs." For a bunch of people that claim that they are above material wealth, they sure are envious. And that's the problem with society today, far too much envy focusing on what is on other people's plates.

This has to be the smartest thing I've seen/heard anyone say in the past year. And I'm not being sarcastic. You get a star for that one.

Wierd..So we need not anything..NOTHING..LEAVE EACH OTHER ALONE, OR LIVE HAPPILY, STOP MAKING IT HARDER..THAN IT IS..

We don't need communism, we don't need socialism and we don't need capitolism, in fact what we really need to do is to stop seeking any types of "ism's" anymore, that has been part of our problems from the start.

What we need to finally do that we can't seem to wrap our collective brains around, is EVOLVE!

As long as we remain basically pre-historic in our thought processes and continue to play to our own base instincts, no "ism" will be the correct, or a properly functioning "ism" for this nation of 300+ million, or any other nation for that matter.

Until we can overcome our base instinct for greed and ruthless self interest, we are all doomed to face catastrophe after catastrophe to deal with or "overcome" as we Americans are so fond of saying.

What we need is a better understanding and above all, a better practice of being concerned with what is right" for all of us, not just those of us who deserve it.

The bummer is that our conscience already knows what we should be doing, but our thousands of years of programming will not allow us to truly follow the correct course of behavior.

All these so called economic/political systems are full of crap. They are all designed to make the rich richer and the poor poorer. They promote eliminating morality by the use of theft or other unscrupulous methods. John or Johnny? Take your pick.

You really should watch this set of videos...watch the people get shot in the backs...listen to how the people were shot in thier own homes...
Then tell me you want communism? Why Communism will never be the answer!!!
