What I MEANT to say was..

Nice one.. now all I have to do is save up a few quid and pay someone to pray for my soul on specific days with specific prayers before and after I die..

Eh.. I am Catholic.. and that was the interpretation I was taught as I was growing up.

I simply added the bit about paying someone to pray for me... Jeeeesh!

What ever happened to the old fashioned sense of humour... where people weren't completely rigid and understood what a laughy smiley face and a playful tone meant..???

Also.. Indulgences were never actually gone anywhere.
