And the odds of a terrorist using a nuke in a city are minuscule. If it were a huge threat, then why hasn't it occurred already? In fact, why hasn't it occurred more than once, if it's so easily possible? The fact is that it's not something that is going to occur. People use that idea as a boogeyman argument to panic people into giving their goverment more of their rights.

You need to go and look into how nuclear weapons work.
Think of Chernobyl for example, it wasn't a weapon, but was extremely huge and took many years and thousands of people to build it.
And although it contaminated certain places with radiation due to poor containment, it didn't explode the whole city of Chernobyl.

When did Ahmadinejad say he would "nuke" Israel?
Why should we be talking about that?

If a nuclear device detonates in a US city, it will not be from a missile sent by Ahmadinejad.

If anything it will more than likely be a dirty bomb. A device by which the radiological dispersal potentially does the most devastation and NOT the initial explosion. No city would be wiped off the map.

It's not impossible to have someone detonate a small nuclear device in a US city, but if it does happen I will be looking at the West for the culprits and not Iran.

If there will be a nuke on any city within the US it surely can't be done without "inside" help.
Alone the logistics to actually let a nuclear weapon enter the borders to this country without the knowing of secret service and the administration is impossible. Let alone to place it strategically.

So, don't fear some cavemen from the middle east. They are not going to do anything to this country.
