that is the biggest mistake i see, too.

people get a dog coz its cute as a pup and they think they always wanted an xyz breed, usually based purely on looks or what they have heard with no prior research or personal experience with such breeds.

then complain when the dogs barking coz its not getting what it needs which is usually either exercise, some fun n games with a ball, some leadership (they are pack animals) or because its denied a lot of attention due to owner being indoors but keeping pets outdoors on their own.

Well if you ask me.... which you sort of did... but not specifically.

When ever I see a beagle or Basset, I think Sherlock and Watson.
You could try Sandy or Lucky

Schroeder ... humdingers.... schrodingers... lol

...Lisi

I've had beagles throughout my life and I love them. They are the sweetest dogs. Yes, they have voices, but they can be trained to use their "inside" voices, too.

I already have a "Bailey" (a girl), so that's out. The first pup is a girl, the second is a boy.

I am no good with names, though......they are either too odd or too simple.

My doggy's name is Nikita.

It works for both boy dog and girl dog.

You can have it if you like.

hi skep, my name is Nikita though daddy calls me Tita. I'm a good girl though I am known to snore a fart just a little!

She looks like a Nikita.

Must have something to do with the evil eye she's giving the camera.

No wonder she looks like she wants to take a bite out of your hide. Never discuss weight with a lady.....it is not appreciated.

You're right, perhaps I shouldn't have mentioned that seventh chin.

I can't think of anything original, but I was a fan of the Peanuts cartoon strip so Snoopy came to mind.

(that so right).
