I saw this coming from a mile away. This guy is a total amateur and it's showing. India, a VERY close ally, is already dissing him. Iran and N Korea wasted no time showing him his due disrespect either. You'd think that Biden, with his wealth of experience, would have been there to help his buddy out.

Now, however, I am simply mortified that we are stuck, for the next 4 years, with the junior senator from Illinois as our president. I'm scared of what might be next.

3 weeks into his administration and 4 of his appointments turn out to be tax dodgers. Dems live and die by opinion polls, so what else would you expect obama to do but cave in and apologize? On another note there have been HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of OBAMA appointees who have been clean enough to move on.

I'm watching him though - I expect him to learn from his mistakes and keep to the bar he set for himself.

I would hate to have to vote for the more EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE Sarah Palin!

While it's true Bush was Prez during that time and rightfully so deserves the blame, we all know he wasn't the main person responsible. We more than anything have Congress to blame and more than anyone all fingers point to Pelosi, Dodd and Reid.

And why shouldn't they voice their opinions too? Did the right to speak freely suddenly not include them/us just because you figured out how to quote from 'Harry Potter'?

If you think anyone supporting Bush shouldn't be talking because of the war, then you had better also make the statement anyone supporting the members of Congress while Bush was in office shouldn't be talking. Remember they had the same intel report he had. They approved the war just as he did.

Just becuase a quote comes from an unorthadoxed (improper spelling i think) place doesnt mean that it cant be true. I would also like to poinout that bushes approval rating was high because people were angry and so was he. He Said he was going to fight, and we were pissed so we went along. His ratings were complete jokes later, after he made his choices and showed his ignorance.Congress was a mojority republican at the time too.
