That marylin manson one is cool isn't it
I like that joe cocker one too

can't hear it though without thinking of 'the wonder years'
My grandad told me once he knew Joe Cocker, Something to do with driving (lessons maybe?) Wish i could remember - too late to ask now unfortunately.

Here's another Eva Cassidy one 'Fields of gold' - Always used to make my sister cry - think it was that Cancer Charity advert that did it.

Oasis - My Generation (seen them live 4 times - awesome)

Amy Winehouse - Valerie

I love the Joe Cocker song, always thought that was better than the original.

Manson...well, I loved that cover when it came out and it is still a good song, it's hard to take th guy seriously if you're a fan of "real" industrial music.

I'm curious about that Zeppelin cover...I hope its better than that rap song that just sampled the orchestra loop! I'll give that one a listen here soon...

Here's one I've been rocking out with alot lately on the acoustic.

Make sure you listen to the whole thing. It gets better after about two minutes, imho. Anyway, here's another version:

Lucia Micarelli with Jethro Tull - Kashmir (Led Zeppelin)

The Jam - David Watts (The Kinks)

Polyphonic Spree - Lithium (Nirvana)

Like the Chilli's version but like this one too: All saints - under the bridge.

Okay so I'm cheating with this one (features original artist)
Singing in the rain - Mint Royale. featuring Gene Kelly.
The video has got that Xfactor kid in it, thought he was pretty cool too.

Disturbed - Land of Confusion
best.cover.ever

Made a great statement when it was first released, and still holds that meaning in the cover for today's generation.
