hypnosis Experience

Well I want to start this because I started to use the Hypnosis Technique from Dr. Bruce Goldberg. The Problem I'm havingg is I'm wondering if I'm actually experience my Future and past lives as well as my current life future here. How do I know for sure if they're the real thing I'm seeing instead of hallucenation? Sorry, but I don't have spell check.
So Far I have seen my last two lives. One was as a women in Boston area and another one in the Ottom Empire. I read about the Ottoman Empire alot.
As for the future, I'm a girl, 3yrs on the Coast Starlight around the 2063 or something like that.
