Where are Dave and Johnny?

I've noticed that there hasn't been an ATS MIX show for a while - just BTS and Above Politics.

While I really enjoy listening to AP and BTS MIX, I'm kinda missing the original a bit.

So, Dave Rabbit and Johnny Anonymous - where are you? MIA until proven otherwise?
