This commercial slaps the faces of the ATS community and the entire Truth movement... and it's even more of a sick joke to those that don't see the truth behind this. They are basically saying F-You, we got you by the balls, and there is nothing you can do.

I'll be discussing this more in the future, but right now I'm at work...

I'll just say this... This is complete reverse psychology... And maybe even "double-reverse" psychology.

I found it simultaneously funny, and disturbing.

Have you ever heard the phrase, "It's funny because it's true"?

....except that it was way too close to the truth to be funny. it left the whole room of us not laughing, with a palpable mist of doubt hanging in the air.

the premise of the commercial is so obviously true that it really does make me wonder what the purpose of it was.

this commercial means that they are ready to take the plan to the final stages.

we are in for a deep storm.

everyone needs to just buy food and water, water filters, gas masks, lighters, matches, and dried foods.

Good luck everyone I hope you have a better bomb shelter than my old grandfathers cellar.

As much as I love the conspiracy angle of this subject, the rational side of me thinks that it has a lot more to do with advertising dollars than it has to do with mind control.

In all reality, it could probably argued that it is a combination of the two. In the end though, I think it still comes down to the (formerly)all mighty dollar.

Really?

Ok, riddle me this Batman....

What is the product or service for sale? Where do I go to purchase this product/service? How will this product satisfy a want/need? Who do I call to find out more information about this product/service?

You starting to see the picture a little more clearly?

That is actually very funny.

I thought it was a great commercial. I think it was preaching to the choir though. I think that most of the people who "got the joke" were probably already aware of what Hulu is.

Either way, I got a kick out of it.

I had been waiting for the commercial to get posted, I seen it when it came on and was like ummmm, wow.

Btw, I am replying to you because I can't believe you are allowed to keep your name. It's not really bad or anything. It's funny, but I guess not to many The Big Lebowski fans to know what it is, or know the proper context for it. I bet most people never noticed it at all.

Did anybody catch the CareerBuilder commercial? The one with people crying and screaming?

That was epic.

Here it is if you missed it.

Seems to have occurred else where also, although a way different message I think. Was checking out the news and saw this, it adds to the puzzle doesn't it.

A Tucson television station's broadcast of the Super Bowl on Sunday was interrupted for some viewers by about 10 seconds of pornographic material, the station said.

The local station's guys mixed up their feeds.

Really, they should get canned. Watching porn at work is just nasty, and screams "this-company-is-going-to-get-fined."

I thought the commercial was funny. I do not think it was intended to be anything but that. Was meant to make us laugh at ourselves.

Of course they are selling something lol! You think they spent 3 million dollars on advertising for the fun of it?! To answer your last question I would I dunno... try the website? hulu.com If you don't understand how they make money thats a different conversation for a different time. Like I said in my first post, no conspiracy here, just a weird commercial.

Man I was thinking the same thing as that commercial was playing, but hey hide it in plain sight right, also remember how he pointed out that the digital signal served the purposes of mind controll much better, wich was why I was thinking the trasition will be taking place.

sir_chancealot,
what type of spiritual law that would be?
I'm curious. Please elaborate if possible

Just remember...

It appears to be a spiritual law that they have to tell you what they are going to do to you, before they do it. Even if presented in such a way as you think it is humor, or fiction, or even a lie.

Yes, I thought about the same thing.

That is why it scares the poop outta me!

Can you imagine if it was Tom Cruise that did that commercial.

I wonder how the Church of Scientology felt about that little ad.

That's what happens to liars.

Baldwin said he was leaving the US if Bush was elected President a few years back.

Well he never left.

I didn't watch the super bowl and did not know about this commercial until I saw it here. I have to admit that creaped me out a bit. I of course understand the joke, but I dont think it was a joke as much as it was to get the sleepwalkers to think when they are being woke up that its just Hollywood, I saw that commercial on the super bowl.

Yes he did. He bought a house in BC, Canada and moved there.

As soon as this commercial ran, I knew it would be a topic on ATS.
I mean.. come on..
Would the "insert elite society here" really go as far, as to just let everything out on the table, in a mere 30 seconds...???
then laugh at everyone, while getting everyone to laugh about..???
I think so.. lol...

What's the point of Hulu anyways. Free T.V.??? I just don't get why they would pay a ridiculous amount of money for an ad, when they do not even sell anything. I have yet to poke around the site, but I don't even see an Ad on the homepage.
Do you think abc, cbs, or nbc would pay a company to have their shows on the hulu site? Especially when all three companies have put a lot of time and money into watching their content on their websites?

Subliminal messages...

Just MHO....
