while I don't agree with you on the obama end of that (I think they all stink but he was the better option this time), I do agree, 100% that he's done nothing for the state of California. They are now withholding refunds? That's insane. If they even suggested that in NY, I'd tell all my clients to change their withholding to zero and, when the state says you owe them, tell them you agree and, when the funds are available, you'll pay it.

Well unless he pulls a rabbit out of his hat I can't see how his performance in California is going to be a stepping stone to the White House.
