No kidding.
Even in my current job, if I have a great idea and present it to my supervisor, it gets shot down. I get my friend/male coworker to pitch the same
idea, it is a great.
I don't think people step back and look at the whole picture.
If most of the supervisors are white males, good chances are things are not fair. Should it be based on population compiltation? sure.
But my last job, that was horribly discriminating. It was 65% women. 40% minorities. There were 15 supervisory positons. 13 held by white men, the
second by an asian man, the third was a leggy female in sales.
