Just a quick question.
It might just be a blow of cold wind, but it happens inside most of times. Sometimes outside.

Its just a sudden, out of nowhere, at a random moment.
A cold chill, and I feel it in my body, it makes hairs stand up.

Its hard too describe, since its a very strange feeling.
And I dont think its just a breeze of cold wind, although that could be a logical explanation.

Anyone have ideas, theories, what it is?

Could be an autonomic responce triggering the event?

Anything happening when you feel it? Like an external stimulus or stressors?

This sounds like a paranormal event. I recall having had one of these when I was at a casino playing a slot machine. It felt as if I had opened a door to some freezer. I looked up and saw a vent or register in the ceiling a few feet away and figured that was it.

Then I felt something as if to come over me like some supernatural presence and it was if all I could see was a gray and white slurry as if snow on a TV screen. Then it lifted away and it was gone. I figured the casino was haunted.

Changes in temperature like hot and cold flashes may be something more physical and a health issue like hot flashes some women supposedly have. I'm not sure about guys though. I'm not sure if this a seizure related symptom.

Just depends on your surroundings and what may be in that particular room that could be the cause of such...

If you find that you have eliminated everything including your health that could be causing these cold chills then it could also be a paranormal experience you are having, although with these it tends to be a cold often freezing 'spot' that does not involve wind or any movement of air...

It has been said that when a spirit is trying to manifest itself it will draw on the heat energy around causing the air to become very cold, hence the cold spot. It might sound as if I am contradicting myself now but these 'spots' can and do move and it's possible that you could even follow these around a room stepping in and out in random areas.

Has anyone else picked up on these occurrences around your home? ...You could also be, like myself a 'sensitive' which means that you are more susceptible at picking up on energy of sorts ... just something you may want to look into

have experienced something similar my entire life- but it happens sometimes unbidden, most times when i want it to, and has nothing to do with the ambient temp- i can call it in a hot tub- manifests as goose pimples, moves/flows usually symmetrically, can be directed into water. always been curious why. last night it surged to a much higher level than ever before, and my visual perceptions started becoming fluid? didn't seem like an hallucination, though.
