Missile shield Moratorium by Russia Just Announced, Europe

www.timesonline.co.uk

THANK GOD! Maybe - and this is a big maybe - we can avoid a general thermonuclear war with russia, as predicted by John Titor, in 2015.
Titor - who many on ATS disbelieve as much as credit - was the infamous 2001 forum 'tiimetraveler' who appeared on various boards like timtravelinstitute.com and here on ATS.

Titor, "A world war in 2015 killed nearly three billion people....."

Titor, "The civil war ended in 2015 when Russia attacked the U.S. cities (our enemy), China and Europe....."

Titor, "However, in the opening hours of N Day, the Russians did not launch any high altitude detonations. They knew we would most likely clean up after them so they wanted everyone outside the cities to be able to communicate. Most of the warheads that hit the cities came in threes and exploded close to the ground. The heavy EMP damage was isolated to those areas."
