Jamacia Scam artist

I would love to know if anyone else gets phone calls from a guy which number on caller ID comes up a cell phone in Jamacia? There is nothing the phone company or government can do! He calls ALL the time saying in an apparent scam that you have won money but you need to send him cash!!!! This man has been cused out by me and my family,and hung up on a million times. You can just sit there and watch the caller ID for hours sometimes. He also called a friend of mine and was cused out and he told him he was comming to kill him and his family! My friend reported it to the police but ofcourse they can do nothing. Any suggestions...:bnghd:

you should be able to put a block in the phone number, no?

call the phone company again, tell them you are being harrassed. see what means of protection you have available.

If that doesn't work, scam the scammer.
