Please forgive me if this has already been posted, I ran a quick search but could not find anything.

As I just signed into Messenger I came across this article on the 'Today' window

I thought some of you may find this interesting, particularly the brain chip and the artificial eye. Scared the hell out of me to think about the technology our governments possess if this stuff is being released to the public.
